PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE MAY 2022 BANK HOLIDAY, THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE WILL BE AS FOLLOW:

TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN TIME FOR THE WEEKEND, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER BY FRIDAY 29th BEFORE 2:30PM. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER FRIDAY 29th 2:30PM WILL BE DISPATCHED ON TUESDAY 3rd MAY FOR DELIVERY ON WEDNESDAY 4th MAY.(*)

(*) Some exceptions may apply for orders received BETWEEN 2:30pm ON FRIDAY 29th and 9AM ON THURSDAY 3rd AND with post code within the M25 - may be delivered by our own driver ON TUESDAY 3rd.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and prepared Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

All the shipping is done by courier on a Standard Next Working Day Delivery Service (NOT GUARANTEED) from Monday to Saturday.

Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

To be eligible for a next day delivery, all orders have to be placed before 14:30*.

(*) Some exceptions may apply for orders received after 2:30pm (Monday to Thursday) and with a Post Code withing the M25 - may be delivered by our own drivers SAME DAY or NEXT DAY. 

RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

THERE MUST BE SOMEONE HOME TO RECEIVE THE PARCEL*.

(*) WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OR DAMAGE OF THE GOODS

WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE HOME TO ACCEPT THE DELIVERY.

In the event that nobody is available to take delivery of your order, due to the nature of our perishable produce, the driver won't be able to take the parcel back and will have to leave the parcel in a safe location, in which case Casa Argentina disclaims all liability that may arise in consequence of the delivery being left unattended, including, without limitation, theft, tampering or contamination, however caused.

When placing your order, please leave any useful information to pass to the driver to simplify your delivery (mobile number, safe location, building's entry code, gate entry code etc.)

If the driver is unable to deliver your parcel, we’ll send you an email with the contact number to call to rearrange the delivery.

In case even the second delivery attempt is unsuccessfull, it will be your responsibility to collect the goods from the courier's depot or rearrange the delivery for an extra fee.

You must inform us within 2 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and solve the problem.

Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

We won't be able to issue a refund for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions or major road accidents.
